Hi I'm Gary N Knight

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hi,my name is Gary Knight, I am a father of five sons, and grandfather of six sons. I retired in 2002 from the insurance business. Graduated from college and marred in 1963 to the lovely and talented Linda. I play golf a few times a week, work around the house, restoring a mustang and take care of grandkids.

Why I am a Mormon

I first head the Joseph Smith story in 1956, and laughed. After studying the scriptures and going to the LDS church, meeting with LDS friends, I gained a testimony of Joseph Smith. Not knowing much else about the church,I invited missionaries to teach me about this relgion for about four months. I was baptized in 1959. This was the start of a great learning process about the gospel. This has changed my life for the better.

How I live my faith

I have been active in the church and active in the gospel. Trying to improve my life by liveing the principles of the gospel to the best of my ability. I have been called to serve in may positions, leadership, teaching, and organiation of youth programs. Each position has strenghten my testimony and brought new meaning and education into my life. Service to others builds a stronger faith and greater love for God and manfind. The gospel has taught me to be a better husband and father.
