Hi I'm Karen

I'm a mother, grandmother, wife, and a Mormon.

About Me

I am the mother of five children, one in high-school and the other four are in college. I enjoy music, sewing, and gardening. I love getting away into the mountains.

Why I am a Mormon

Initially I was a member because my parents were members of the church. Since then I have come to have a testimony of my own that this is the true church of Jesus Christ. I believe that the family is the most important organization, and that we all all part of an eternal family unit. I desire to pattern my life after Christ and develop the qualities of love and kindness that he exemplifies.

How I live my faith

In the church organization, I work with the young women ages 12-18. Along with other women, we teach Sunday lessons, plan a variety of activities with the young women for their benefit, we have a summer camp, and we do service together. I hope they know how much I desire their happiness and success. I want them all to realize they have divine worth and potential.
