Hi I'm Christina

I grew up in Canada. Now, I live in the United States with my wonderful husband and three fine sons. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a wife and a mother of three fine men. I am a Registered Nurse but I am currently a stay at home mom. I like to work in my garden. I like to see things grow. It's hard work but very fulfilling. I like to sew, cross stitch, and quilt. I love working on my Family History. I like to swim and belly dance when I get the chance. I mostly enjoy looking after my family. I am an active member of the women's group at church.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I gained a testimony of the gospel for myself while I was in my senior year of high school. I was able to discuss the gospel with others at my school who were active Baptists. I was so grateful for the Seminary program of the church. I was able to use the bible to answer many of their questions and as a result I came to know the gospel of Jesus Christ better for myself. The answers for life are not out in the world. They are in the gospel. I remember this when I face adversity.

How I live my faith

My husband and I are Ward missionaries. I am a visiting teacher. I visit assigned women once a month and bring them a spiritual message. I also visit with less active women on a monthly basis to see how they are and invite them to come to to activities. I pray often for the Lord's guidance in the things I should be doing in my life. I also read the church's publication called the "Ensign". We have a weekly Family Home Evening night and we have family prayer every day. I love the gospel and the happiness it brings to me and my family as we live it's principles.
