Hi I'm Lynn P.

I'm a family man, an Engineer, an Eeagle Scout. I love camping, canoeing and the mountains. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a father of six children. My oldest daughter is cancer survivor of Lymphoma. I work as an engineer. I'm an Eagle Scout, member of the Order of the Arrow and spend time working with the Boy Scouts in our community troop, as advancement chairman and merit badge counselor. I enjoy camping with my family and my dog Zion. I served as general contractor in building our families home. My family and the Lord mean the most to me.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon, a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints because I have learned for myself that the Church is true when I was 19 years old. I know that both the Bible and The Book of Mormon are indeed the word of God. I am a Mormon because I learned I can be married for time and all eternity. My wonderful spouse and I have been married in the temple of the Lord, not only for this life, but also for eternity - the life hereafter. Because of my eternal marriage with my spouse, I know that the love developed with my family in this life, will continue in the next life also. I know that Jesus is the Christ and His gospel has been restored to the earth. I know He leads his church today through living apostles and prophets, as He did anciently, in the primitive church He established. I love being a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith through my example of striving to keep the commandments. I serve the community in which I live in, by helping young men in the Boy Scouts of America. I also serve and help in the federal prison. I teach Sunday school at church, help the missionaries in the church, and strive to share the gospel with others, by precept, word and example.
