Hi I'm Cynthia

I am from Madagascar. I studied Marketing and Sales. I love graphic design and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Antananarivo, the capital city of Madagascar. I am the oldest of four kids and very proud to be called "Zoky", striving to be a good example for my siblings. I have a degree in Marketing and Sales, and I am fascinated with Asian Cultures. I speak Malagasy, French and English and, somehow, I have to learn Mandarin ;-). I love my family and my friends. They are my heroes.

Why I am a Mormon

As I grew up in the church, I came to the point to really cherish the gospel and always wanting to understand better our Heavenly Father's plan for his Children. It has always been a choice to be a member of the church, and it is an everyday life. As we live the Gospel, we know that there is something more to learn, to study, and to understand. The church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints is a gospel living church, and it is a blessing for the whole world to have a living prophet today. Not only we have guidance from the prophets of the past as we can learn from the scriptures, but we can continually receive direct revelations from God through His living prophets. I know that I am a daughter of a Heavenly Father who loves me, I inherit of his nature and characteristics, and the Gospel of Jesus Christ helps me to have a better understanding of who I really am and what I am becoming. It's only through the Gospel that we can know what our true potential is. We all have challenges and trials in life, but having and living the Gospel makes the difference. Challenges are still there, we are strengthened to endure them. And as we endure, we also come know our Savior Jesus Christ more and more. I want to be like My Savior, and the teachings in the church along with the standard we live by help me to reach my goal.

How I live my faith

I taught the little children and the youth in the church. Being around them taught me how to be an example and be humble. But most important I learned a lot from them. Little children apply easily and quickly the things we teach them, they love to show that they mastered some scriptures, they always want to talk first, to respond to questions first. They always show that they know. Like little children, we also can show to everyone what we know to be true. I pray that the Lord will give me opportunities to open my mouth and testify about the Gospel restored again ton the earth. I try to talk to everybody that I see and show what I believe in words and in actions. We are all children of our Heavenly Father, He knows and loves each and everyone of us. We all deserve to know the truth and that why I decided to share it to others.
