Hi I'm Jason

I'm a husband, father and law student. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a husband to my very best friend who I met during my first semester of college. I am the proud father of a precious son; he brings so much joy and happiness into my life. I have a B.A. in Political Science and am currently a first year law student. In my time off, I love to spend time with my family--especially in the outdoors-- riding bikes, hiking, swimming, skiing, and camping.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm lucky that my grandparents learned about and became faithful members in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Because of their faith, my parents were taught to have faith in and to follow Jesus Christ, and they have likewise taught me. I have experienced the true joy and peace that come from living the commandments of God and from doing those things that invite God's spirit into my life. I know that God sent His son to die for me so that I can return to live with God again. I know that Christ's church has been restored to the earth and is directed by a living prophet. I know that I can speak with God all day every day and that he hears and answers my prayers. This knowledge gives me the hope and strength I need to overcome difficult times in my life.

How I live my faith

I rely on my faith every day of my life. My family prays and reads scriptures daily to invite God's spirit into our lives. We attend church weekly where we always have opportunities to meet and serve others while worshipping together. I have been given the opportunity at church to teach the little children and to play the organ.
