Hi I'm Lucky

Married with 4 wonderful children. I love to BBQ and play the drums. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I’m currently 31 years of age and married to Lute. We have 3 wonderful children and just recently relocated from California to Colorado. I am a songwriter, producer and drummer. Music has been a part of my life since a young age. I’m Tongan descent as well as my wife. My wife and I both are first generation here in America. I enjoy fireworks, fishing, camping and cooking besides music. I just registered to go back to school to continue my education and get a degree. I work at a Pet Insurance company for 5 years now. Yeah, I know there is such a thing as pet insurance.

Why I am a Mormon

Being born in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints has been blessing in my life. My parents were converted into the faith back in Tonga. Doesn’t mean I believed the church was true. Recently in 2009 I decided to read the Book of Mormon. While I was reading and studying the scriptures my life started to slowly change with out notice. By the time I finished reading the whole book I knew it was true based on the positive changes that were occurring in my life in the short time of my reading. I prayed and immediately felt the Holy Ghost letting me know of the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon. That being said I also gained a strong testimony of the Prophet Joseph Smith. If the book is true than all that comes with it must be true. I bare you my testimony that the Book Of Mormon is the true word of God and is another testament of Jesus Christ who visited the Americas. Together with the Bible we can learn to how to become closer to our Heavenly Father. I bare you my testimony that Joseph Smith is a true Prophet of God who translated the Book Of Mormon and has restored the gospel of Jesus Christ. We have a true living Prophet and Apostles who guide us in these days. I challenge you to pray of these things that you may have faith in believing and to repent and be baptized and to gain salvation through our Savior and Redeemer Jesus Christ. I promise you from my experience that you will have love, peace, joy, happiness and meaning in your life. I pray for you and for your family that you may be in good health and spirit and that God may bless you. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

I do my best in reading and studying the scriptures daily. I also do my best praying together with my wife and children as a family and personal prayer for guidance, comfort and strength. I try my best to attend church on Sunday faithfully. My wife and I are always seeking opportunities to share the gospel with others. Although I may fall short sometimes, I know God will meet me half way as long as I try my best.
