Hi I'm Greg Borman

I'm a chocolate-eating, sci-fi writing Mormon. And my life rocks!

About Me

I'm married to a beautiful woman. We've been married for 14 years. She's from Canada and I'm originally from California. We had a friend in common who introduced us via email and that's how we got started. We have 3 wonderful children. We try to teach them to work hard. I grew up swimming and playing soccer. I love to read and I'm currently working on my second novel. It's a great sci-fi story. Look me up on Amazon. I'll be done with the first draft by the end of 2014! I used to teach mathematics at College of Eastern Utah. Now I live near family and I'm teaching at Treasure Valley Community College. What with family, work and trying to grow all kinds of yummy fruits and vegetables in our backyard, I stay pretty busy. Therefore, I'm happy. Occasionally I have students who ask me, "How long have you been a math teacher?" I reply with the truth, "I've never been a math teacher. That's not who I am. I'm a Christian and a husband and a father. I just teach math to pay the bills."

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a mormon because I've tried obeying the commandments of Christ and I've found that they are the rules for being happy. I've investigated the church and it's teachings, prayed about them, and felt that the Holy Ghost spoke directly to my heart. He told me that this is the true church of Christ.

How I live my faith

I lead my family in scripture study and prayer each morning and night. I try to serve others whenever I can. In the name of Christ, I repent of my sins because I certainly make more mistakes than I'd care to admit.
