Hi I'm Judith

I'm a California girl. I'm a wife and mother of four wonderful children. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to spend quality time with my family. We like to travel and camp RV style. We love to play games, go boating and watch movies together. I enjoy photography, mostly, taking photos of wildlife and of my family. My girls and I enjoy doing crafts together, from jewelry making to sewing quilts.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon because of the true peace that the gospel of Jesus Christ gives to me. There was a time in my life when I didn't put God first and I was not a very happy person. I've learned that as I follow the example of Jesus Christ, I can truly be happy. This doesn't mean that life is perfect. It just means that God is on our side, He wants us to be happy and He will be there to comfort us when we are sad. The Savior has taught to love one another and that is what I try to teach my children. I'm most happy when we, as a family, invite the spirit of God into our home and lives. We pray together, eat together, play together and read scripture together. This makes our family strong and full of love. Of course it doesn't mean that we are without pain and trials to bear. However, the love of Christ allows us to bear all.

How I live my faith

Being a mormon gives many opportunities to grow spiritually and work on talents that you may not have realized you even had. Like leadership. I've been able to work with the teenage girls through programs that help them develop into women of integrity. And at this time in my life I have the privilege to work with the younger girls ages 8 to 11 twice a week to teach them about the Savior and how we might live our lives to be examples of Him. As a family, we enjoy reading together and have gospel discussions on scripture messages. We speak of Christ and teach about Christ daily. Three of our children have attended a religion class every morning before there 4 years of high school. They have all enjoyed the opportunity to learn about the life a Christ. They have gone off to school each day with a spiritual message, which is a true blessing in these days.
