Hi I'm Matthew

I am a husband, business man, and soccer player who knows God lives. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and grew up in Northern California and went to Clear Lake High School. I went on a mission to Arizona where I spent a lot of my time teaching people on the Navajo Reservation about Jesus Christ. I now live in Idaho and am married to my sweetheart Joslin

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because being a Mormon means that I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I have learned threw prayer and study that God and His Son Jesus Christ live and that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is their church run by their living prophets. This is God's church restored with all the blessings we read about in the Bible.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying my best to follow the example of Jesus Christ. I try to show everyone the kindness and respect they deserve no matter who they are or what they believe.

What are Mormon Temples used for?

They are used to bring us wonderful blessing from God. For example the greatest blessing in my life is my wife. In the temple I was married to her not until death do us part but forever. Gods way is forever. This is just one example of the blessings that have come to me threw the temple.  Show more Show less

Why do Mormons baptize their new members?

Baptism is a two way promise between us and God. When we are baptized we promise to keep the commandments and to take upon ourselves the name of Christ. In return God promises us great blessings. When we join Christ's church we take upon us his name and baptism is how we do that.  Show more Show less
