Hi I'm Asia.

Most of my life I've lived overseas, I love Emergency Medicine, I love furthering my knowledge, I love to sing, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My family moved around a bit (Hong Kong, the Philippines, and China) while I was growing up, so I have had the opportunity to have many incredible experiences around the world. We have settled in Utah for now. I am an EMT-Intermediate and am currently attending Paramedic School. I work on an ambulance agency. I love this field of work; it's a special opportunity we get to help someone in an emergency situation. We have opportunities to better people's lives, and every so often we get the chance to save a life. That's an incredible feeling and opportunity. I love to serve people, and that's what got me into Emergency Medicine. Things I love in this life include singing, acting, music, quotes, photography, nature, laughing, animals, volleyball, getting to know new people, rock climbing, hiking, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and many other things. This is my life's motto: "Live in such a way that those who know you but don't know Christ, will want to know Christ because they know you."

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church, my parents both being members. As I have grown older, I have never questioned that this was the truth because of reassurances and incredible spiritual experiences along the way. When I am keeping God's Commandments, I feel closer to Him and His Son Jesus Christ. I know I am not alone, no matter how dark and down I am feeling. I plan to have my own eternal family someday and I will teach my children the principles and ordinances of the Gospel of Jesus Christ because it is the truth, and I want to live with them for Eternity. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is where peace, truth, comfort, guidance, and love is found amidst the raging turmoil of the world.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending church meetings each Sunday, and by participating in the lessons and tuning my heart to the Spirit so that I may be uplifted and strengthened. I serve in the fullest capacity that I am able to in the callings that are extended to me. I share my testimony with those who are willing to listen, and I try to be the best friend I can be to those around me.
