Hi I'm Caleb

I'm from Ogden Utah. I love rock climbing, eating sushi, and shooting guns, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a young man who like most is just trying to find his way in the world. I love to build things, its always fun. I love rock climbing, and listening to music. Music is probably one of the greatest inventions ever, it pretty much fuels my life. I'm currently serving a mission in New Jersey and I love every moment of it. I love 25 Burgers, definitely the best burger joint to exist, and I love chocolate. I'm super random and just want to have fun and enjoy life!

Why I am a Mormon

Initially I'd say I'm Mormon because I was born into the faith. However the past couple years have been rather rough, and I really had to come to a conclusion on what i really believed and cared about. After much thought and soul searching I knew without a doubt that the church is true and that I needed it in my life. I know this Gospel is the True Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I know that Joseph Smith was a Prophet, called of the Lord, to restore this amazing gospel. I know that the Book of Mormon is true and that it is another testament of the Savior Jesus Christ. I know that President Thomas S. Monson is a true and living Prophet, called of the Lord, to be the Savior's mouth piece and Steward, to watch over and guide the church as the Lord would see fit. I know with every fiber of my being that our Lord and Savior suffered and died for us that we may return to be with him one day. I know the Atonement took place and there is healing power and strength in it. I know that without the Atonement and the Savior I would be lost forever. I love this Gospel with my entire being, I know it is true, and I testify to any who read this that it is true.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing all the things I know, and have been to taught to be right. I heed the counsel of the Prophet, follow the commandments, go to church, read my scriptures, pray, and all the basics. Along with all these good principles I am currently serving a mission preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ to my beloved brothers and sisters in New Jersey. There are other ways as well, things like being a good friend and neighbor. Giving charity and showing love and kindness to others just because. When we are in the spirit of Charity we are in the spirit of the Lord, so really I think being loving and charitable is a good way to practice faith.
