Hi I'm Bruce

I'm a father and a husband, a financial advisor, part time rancher/farmer and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My wife and I have been married for 24 years. We have 5 boys between the ages of 15 and 21. We enjoy working together as a family on our small farm and spending hot summer days boating at the lake. The 12 head of cows give us opportunities to learn new things and create life long stories. Most of all we just enjoy our time together as a family. Our sons are quickly growing up with one in college, one on a mission in Nicaragua, one just graduating from high school and two still in high school. With so many activities, every day is a new adventure. And of course We are Mormons!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a latter-day saint home and quickly learned what it meant to be a mormon. I gained my own testimony at a young age and have tried to live up the expectations my Father in Heaven has for me. I served a mission for the church to Anaheim California and learned to love my Savior and I found that my testimony was strengthened also as I taught "the fold." I have tried to be an example to my family in what it means to be a mormon and know they have strong testimonies. I love my Heavenly Father! I am so grateful for the sacrifice of his son, my brother, Jesus Christ. I am grateful for the gospel in my life and for the peace, guidance and love it brings to me.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by caring for others and trying to be a good neighbor. I am involved in my community and enjoy reaching out to the youth. It is important to me to follow the example of the Savior in both word and deed. If there is work to be done or a family in need of help these are opportunities to for me to live like I believe.
