Hi I'm Christine

I'm the eldest of 9 daughters, a married mother of 2 sons. I've lived throughout America. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

You'll find me building tree houses with my boys or shingling the roof single handed. I clear out dead trees on our property with my own chainsaw. I garden, sew, read, play the piano, cross stitch, retile, you name it. Don't tell me I can't do it. I might be inclined to show you I CAN!

Why I am a Mormon

Born into the church, my testimony wasn't an earth moving moment. Instead, it has come on gradually through many trials and acts of faith. Each time I've exercised faith, God has been there holding me up. That's how I know.

How I live my faith

Faith isn't just what you do on Sunday, it's how you live all week long. The scriptures state that "Ye shall know them by their fruits" Matt. 716. Your works, or actions, will declare who's team you play for. Christ asked in John 2117 "Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep." If we truely are followers of Jesus Christ, we have a job to be doing. I've been involved in organizing a week long summer camp for the girls from 12-18 year old for a few years now. I visit and offer service to widows, single mothers, the lonely and anyone who needs a listening ear. I've been working with the 4 year-olds for a few years, but just changed to teaching teenage girls. But the most important work I do in this world is in my own family.
