Hi I'm Len Elliott

I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Mormon)

About Me

I work at Tesco and have been working there 8yrs. I like camping, walking and and going walks with my dog.. My hobbies are collecting model cars . I have served 2years as 1st counselor Young Men`s Org. and 7years as a Counselor in Antrim Branch Presidency. And now serve as Branch Clerk. I love Genealogy and all things tech. We have even Traced some of our Ancestors far back as 1690 to battle of the Boyne.

Why I am a Mormon

I became a Mormon when I was 12yrs. old, It was through my Mum that I join the church. I have been close to the lord all my life one way or an other. When I was younger before I joined the church, I was always going to gospel meetings at local churches in my area. When I was baptised I knew it was what I was looking for, the feeling of knowing it was right. I am now 48 and still have strong Testimony, knowing that or Lord Jesus Christ lives and is the head of The church of Jesus Christ of Latter -day Saints, and that we have a true and living Prophet today I truly testify in the name of Jesus Christ amen.

How I live my faith

I live my faith. Serve in my calling as Branch Clerk Attend the family history center, tracing my Ancestors and helping out by indexing and adding to my family history . Once a month I would go out with the missionary's visiting church members & contacts. I try to live my faith through my testimony.

What is done with the tithing that Mormons pay?

Len Elliott
Principle of tithing, or giving Voluntarily one tenth of our income to the lord,s work, has been known since the old testament times. Abraham paid tithes to Melchizedek. Genesis 1417-20. The law of tithing is how the lord funds his Church today. Show more Show less
