Hi I'm Stephanie

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm married to a wonderful and handsome man and we have a brand new baby girl. We love our little daughter so much. I love being a wife and a mom. I graduated from college in 2010 in Dietetics. I enjoy making food, eating food, spending time with my little family, going on walks, hiking, traveling, speaking French, watching college football and basketball and playing games. I also play the flute, the piano and am a balloon artist.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Latter-day Saint because I know it is true. I've been raised by parents who are also members, so it has been something I've known all my life, but I am not just floating along in a "family tradition"; I have my own personal, real testimony of Jesus Christ, the Gospel, the Atonement and the Plan of Salvation. Though my life hasn't been perfect, I feel that I have experienced what one prophet in the Book of Mormon describes: "And moreover, I would desire that ye should consider on the blessed and happy state of those that keep the commandments of God. For behold, they are blessed in all things, both temporal and spiritual..." I have learned through my own life experiences that Heavenly Father blesses his obedient children. I know that Heavenly Father lives, I know that Jesus Christ lives. I know that they love me. I know they love me because I have felt it. My prayers have been answered, I've received blessings, I've felt the companionship of the Holy Ghost, and all these things reinforce my testimony of them. I also have a very strong testimony of the power of the Holy Ghost in my life. It has been there to guide and direct me, to comfort me, to warn me, and to bear testimony of true things to me. I know that it really is through the power of the Holy Ghost that we can know the truth of all things.

How I live my faith

I just try to be a good person, help and serve other people as much as possible, and live my life with honesty and integrity. I also accept opportunities to serve in the Church. I've helped teach the children on Sunday. Most recently, I've played the piano for the women's meeting on Sunday and help organize activities for the women's organization.
