Hi I'm Kaylee

I'm a blogger. I'm a paralegal. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a 21 year old Florida girl who works full-time during the day and is a full-time student by night. I love movies and book I'm kind of obsessed and I'm a closet crafter. I always would rather be at the beach or traveling in a foreign country. One day, I will have seen the entire world it's one of my life goals. Right now I'm studying to be a paralegal, but I hope that one day I can become an attorney... maybe. I am a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that the principles and beliefs that Mormons believe are true. At one point in time, I completely rejected the church and drifted away from it's truth. At the time, I thought that would make me happier. I know now, that I was wrong the gospel of Jesus Christ is what will make us truly happy! Life is easier and more fulfilled when we follow the Spirit and strive to return to live with our Heavenly Father. I am a Mormon, because being one gives me the greatest hope and peace.

How I live my faith

At church I work with women between the ages of 18 and 30. Helping them and showing that I love them helps renew my faith and helps me bond with them. I visit with these women each month and have sincerely grown to love them and care for them. They are my family away from home! Being a student makes it hard to be away from those we love, but through reading the scriptures and daily prayer, I know the Lord is there, helping me every step of the way. At school and work, I try to show others that I am different, in a great way, by sticking to the higher standards that I have set for myself. I have been noticed in a positive way and its always great to share why I am so different. That difference is because I am a Mormon.

Is it true that Jesus appeared in North America after his crucifixion and resurrection according to the Book of Mormon?

Kaylee
Yes He did. He loves all of His brothers and sisters worldwide and died to save everyone, not just those who lived in the Middle East during His lifetime. He appeared to His brothers and sisters in the Americas so that they too could know of His life and example. He taught them so that they too could return to live with their Father in Heaven as He would now do.  Show more Show less
