Hi I'm Penny Justice Rozsa

I'm a Mormon. I believe!

About Me

I was born in the church, my twin sister and I are the middle children of 6, My parents didnt stay active so my youth leaders made sure we made it to all the fun mutual activities, like Road shows and volley ball, they also ask me to babysit for them that helped me see how a real family should be, there names were the Stouts, I am really grateful for them. Because my parents divorced when I was only 6 yrs old and they were not active after that. When I was 17 yrs old I realized that I wanted an eternal family...The boy I dated was a good Catholic boy, wanted to marry me and join his church. The Primary songs and teaching stuck deep in my soul and I knew I wanted an eternal family. We lived in Malibu at the time so I changed all my friends and sat in the very front row of my Institute Class taking notes and made a new group of friends who took me in. we had an awesome teacher at Santa Monica Junior College with lots of fun activities, The key was to jump in and participate! I have never looked back! I met my best friend and husband during that time, one of the Rozsa triplets, miracle of miracles! We have 6 children, 3 oand 3 girls," the Rozsa Bunch"! Ages 23-13. We have one boy in the MTC headed for DC North Mission in July....we are so blessed! Our two older boys are on their own journey of discovery, hoping they will choose a mission still! It is a special feeling to know you found your soul mate, the one you promised to find on earth and to easily conceive the 6 children you promised you bring to the earth! they are fun and kind to each other no matter what there choices, I am so proud of their Christlike love for others. We live in Boise now for the past 7 years...we are so grateful for all the wonderful friends that we have meet along the way who seem as close as family and for those we have had the priveiedge to serve, some of my young women have been my mentors and best friends! I love the gospel and the peace and deep joy that ffels my soul!

Why I am a Mormon

Because it is the Plan of Happiness! Doesn't everyone want to truly be happy???

How I live my faith

I live by example....I try to be friendly and smile at anyone and everyone I come in contact with each day. I am not afraid to work hard and jump in the trenches to help like the Savior did during his ministry. That is my legacy and discipleship in action. I love to help lighten someone else"s load so they feel loved, supported and important!

Are Mormons Christians?

Penny Justice Rozsa
Definitely! We belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints. How can you send a son away for two years to teach about Christ if we weren't? It is a commandment and I know that his growth and testimony is way more important than my missing him. Besides he will gain and grow mentally and spiritually more in two years than he would in 20 years of life. I like to think it is his life tithing!? I also know he will be a wonderful Missionary bringing many family true joy and happiness, the good news of the Gospel! Jake is very likeable and at ease sharing from his heart!  Show more Show less

How can I find someone to talk with, in person, about the Mormon religion?

Penny Justice Rozsa
Find a Missionary, usually on a bike in pairs of two in suits and ties with the first name Elder. How can you send a son away for two years? Who wouldn't want to send a 19 year old teenager away????? ha ha!
