Hi I'm Juli

I'm a Wife, I'm a Step-mom, I'm a Daughter of God!

About Me

My husband and I got married Sept. 12, 2014 in the Idaho Falls temple! It was the greatest day ever! I have 4 step-boys. My husband Victor and I have a unique story that we'd love to share with you. My husband spend 2.5 Years in prison before finding the gospel and changing his life. If you're interested in reading about it, I have a blog jaimefamilystory.blogspot.com that tells more of our story. I work as a tree trimmer for my step-dad's company. I love crafts, working with kids, and baking!

Why I am a Mormon

As many, I've had my share of trials in my life and get asked how I can keep such a positive attitude in spite of all of them. My answer every time is that I have the gospel in my life to help strength me and remember why I was blessed with these challenges. The Lord has and will continue to make me strong through these challenges I face. He knows what I need in my life and helps me realize it. Over the last year especially, I've had the opportunity to have my testimony grow and had the ability to put my faith into action. I've seen how the power of the priesthood is strong, perfect, and truly the power of God given to man to do His work. I've felt the comfort of the Holy Ghost after a time where fasting and praying was my only option to know the truth. I've learned how to forgive and how important an eternal family is in my life. I think, however, the greatest blessing I've learned is how to become as a little child and the blessing that comes from seeing their light shine and trying to be like them. They are humble, loving, kind, forgiving, beautiful, extremely close to God, and they know how much He loves each and every one of us! I know this gospel is true and that it is the only way we can return to live with our Heavenly Father and our Savior and brother Jesus Christ! I know that I am a sister to the Savior and that I am princess because I am the daughter of the King! I know the atonement is real and that my Best Friend suffered for me so that we could be together again one day! I love this gospel and know the wonderful things it has done for me! I bear these things in the humble and sacred name of Jesus Christ. Amen

How I live my faith

Every member is a missionary in one way or another and I believe that as I live my standards and share my testimony through my day to day actions I live the gospel and strength not only my own testimony but hopefully the testimony of those around me. I'm also a visiting teacher, a primary teacher, and mormon blogger. I think everyone has a story that can help someone and the Lord told me it's time to share mine.
