Hi I'm Scott

I am a Student, Husband and Father. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a busy college student seeking a career as a Physician Assistant. Besides endless studying and working, I love to hike, climb, play racquetball and enjoy music. I have a beautiful wife and a little girl who makes me laugh and smile every day! God has blessed me with an amazing life and family! I owe Him everything, and want to live my life in such a way that can prove to Him my gratitude and love for Him.

Why I am a Mormon

My faith in the Savior and His church has come by power of the Holy Ghost. Through that power, I know God lives and loves us enough to bless us with a living prophet to guide us. The scriptures are evidences of God and that love. The Book of Mormon is evidence that we have a living prophet. I know it's true.

How I live my faith

I have the opportunity to follow the example of Christ by looking for opportunities to serve people every day. As I pray for those opportunities and look for them , God blesses me with those opportunities to help others. I attend church to strengthen my faith, as well as others.

What is the Book of Mormon?

The Book of Mormon is another Testament of Jesus Christ. It is a ancient record of a people who once lived on the American content. It was written during 600 BC - about 400 AD by ancient prophets inspired and called of God. They wrote upon metal plates. At a downfall of wickedness, a prophet named Moroni buried the plates commanded by God to avoid its destruction. God called Joseph Smith, in the early 1800's, to be a prophet. He was led to those plates and given the power to translate them from reformed Egyptian to English. The Book of Mormon is evidence that Joseph Smith was a prophet. Show more Show less
