Hi I'm Anthony

I was born and raised in México, I have lived in two countries and 12 states, married and 7 children and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in México, raised and educated their through high school. I grew up on a 10,000 acre cattle ranch where I learned how to work. This work ethic has served me well all of my life. I learned how to do many things, fix many things and have a curiosity to try new things. I love the outdoors, I love animals. I have had a variety of educational and employment opportunities. I love to cook, spend time with my wife and 7 children. I love to ride my motorcycle. I love to read good books, watch good movies and learn about history and interesting facts. I work in the wireless technology industry and I love to lead people! My best decision in this life was to marry my sweetheart of 24 years. I love her, I am completely dedicated to her and my family. I have had the privileged of caring for my elderly parents. My dad passed away May 24th 2010, my mom still lives with us. What a privilege it is to have been blessed with the means to provide for the woman who gave me life in this world. I love my family!!!

Why I am a Mormon

I come from a long line of Mormons. I was fourth generation born in México. This however has not much to do with why I am a Mormon. I am a Mormon because I have studied the Holy Bible, I have studied the Book of Mormon and I have received a witness to my soul from God that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is true. I have tested, tried and proved countless times the promise given by God to His children that if they seek, we can find, if we know, He will open, if we ask, we will receive. I know it is true, plain and simple, I know because the Holy Ghost has testified to me on countless occasions that it is true. My experience conversion experience is like filling a Mexican pitcher of water through a purifying stone, drop by drop, little by little. Every drop fills the pitcher, every experience has built my testimony. I know with out any doubt, this church is God's true church. I love my Heavenly Father, I am indebted to my Savior Jesus Christ, I am so grateful for the Plan of Salvation and Happiness that I have learned in this church. I am eternally grateful for the Atonement of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, it is through this Atonement, the great Plan of Happiness, that I have the Hope and Faith that I can be with my family forever. That is why I'm a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith through service. I serve my wife, my children, my neighbors, and I serve in the church. I have served in many capacities in the church, I have served teaching little children in primary, I have taught the youth in Sunday school, I have taught early morning Seminary. I have taught young men in Priesthood, I have served in a bishopric, I have taught gospel doctrine to adults. I currently serve as an adviser in the Priest quorum and I lover it. I live my faith everyday in the way I conduct myself at work. I believe in being bhonest, true, chaste, benevolent, virtuous, and in doing egood to all men; (Articles of Faith 1:13) This is how I operate at work. I have the responsibility of overseeing over 1,200 employees. I have to set and example of how i want them to conduct themselves. My faith gives me the guidelines, parameters and strength to accomplish this goal. I live my faith in private, on my knees petitioning my God, my Heavenly Father for His help in being all that He wants me to be. I work hard to do all I can to be a good husband, father, friend, brother and son. I do all I can and then rely upon the tender mercies of Jesus Christ to help me with all of the rest. I love my faith, my faith is a faith of action, it motivates me to be better today than I was yesterday.
