Hi I'm Taylor

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada and I am 26 years old. I love hiking with friends and exploring the mountains and just the outdoors. I have worked as a lifeguard for 7 years and I'm now a Pool Manager. I enjoy swimming and jet-skiing and basically just being in the water! I read probably 2 new books a month and play video games with my freinds every Friday. I love my family and would do anything for them and I love my God and try to be the best I can for Him every day. And I am a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

My whole life I've been a Mormon, but no one has ever forced me. I have always had a choice as to whether or not to be a member and through prayer and studying, I have found for myself that this is the true church. It just makes sense to me and that sense has been further confirmed through the Holy Ghost.

How I live my faith

I attend church every Sunday to worship my God. At church I teach a children's class for 11 year olds, who are inspiring and spiritual every day. I enjoy teaching them about the true gospel and helping them recognize the Spirit and in turn they teach me to be humble and spiritual. I try to be an example to others around me by living the standards I believe in and sharing the gospel with those who want to know.

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

Taylor
Yes! One of the most exciting and incredible doctrines we teach is that families can be together forever!! Forever!! That's a really long, woderful time. When I marry the person I love I want to be with her as long as possible, and through righteous living and temple marriage I can be with her for eternity! The temple is central to our doctrine of marriage, and to be married for time and eternity it must be done there but it is an amazing, spiritual place that is as close to God as we can get here in this life.  Show more Show less
