Hi I'm Ryan Weight

I am a husband, father. I am a human amusement park for my kids. I am a support manager for cloud hosting. I am a mormon.

About Me

I have an amazing wife, and 2 adorable girls. I spend my mornings managing a support team, and when my job is over the real work begins. I get home and get to spend a few hours each day playing with my girls. I love tossing them as high in the air as I can and catching them on the way down. I love swinging them around, letting them climb up to my shoulders to flip down to the ground, and chasing them around the house and yard. I mostly enjoy helping people. Managing a support team, is a great way to help other people or companies reach their goals and wishes. I get to be one of the people that they reach out to during a crisis, and I can solve it. It is awesome. I really enjoy being a manager, it puts me in a position where I can reach out and help people see their potential and reach it. Seeing natural beauty around me is one way that I get a confirmation of Gods existence. I love to get outdoors. I get to spend 1 day a week on an outing with my family. When I get to choose, my girls go fishing with me.

Why I am a Mormon

The gospel of Christ gives meaning to my life. Learning at a young age that I can pray to an all knowing Heavenly Father, and that He loves me enough to respond has helped me cope with hardships in my life, and find greater happiness in the joys I experience.

How I live my faith

Working in the web hosting industry is at times crazy. Fortunately I have been able to work for companies that take a stance against hosting adult content, which I believe leads to the destruction of one of the greatest strengths that we have, our families. I have been able to help make the choice to avoid working for companies that support this destructive force. While on business trips I get to attend meeting with clients, usually a dinner and drinks. When I only order a glass of water, I often get asked why aren't you drinking. I get to reply, "I believe that God has given me guidelines for how to live a happier, more full life, and part of that is to not subject myself to addicting substances, including alcohol. If God spoke to you and said doing this would make your life better, wouldn't you want to listen?
