Hi I'm Jared

I'm originally from Massachusetts. I love going to soccer games that my twins play in and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a father of 4 kids, twin boys and 2 girls. I love to go the twins soccer games when I'm not at the technology company I help manage.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a mormon because I believe that the role of Jesus Christ is central to our lives and that we are God's children. Because the Savior is central to our lives I believe that God speaks with mankind today through prophets to continue to teach them about the power and role of the Messiah, just like He did in Biblical times.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to serve others in the way that Jesus would if he were here. I try to be an example of how the Jesus would want us to treat those around us.

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

I feel blessed as a bishop of a local church to be able to help individuals of all types, backgrounds, and ethnicities. I know that we are all children of a loving God and that like the good samaritan He expects us to help one another. The humanitarian aid distributed by the church excceds $1 billion in cash and materials across 167 countries, many of which have no or few Mormons and some are non-Christian. Helping those in need is central to the teachings of Jesus Christ and I'm blessed to have some small part in it. Show more Show less
