Hi I'm Felicia Lynne Jones

I am a college student. I am a photographer, have been most of my life. I am a traveler. I am listener. I am a Mormon.

About Me

When I was 11 my mother handed me her camera so I could take pictures at Yellowstone Park. She never got her camera back. I am currently a college student working on a degree in Anthropology. I am planning on using Anthropology to help my photography. I love to document the world through my eyes. I love cultures of the world, both locally and worldwide. I love people. Ever person you meet has something to teach you that no one else can teach you. It just takes time, patience, charity, and love to learn what it is. I love to travel. I have to driven to 48 of the 50 states as well as Canada. My goal is to go international soon. I travel as much as I can. I feel more at home on the road than I do when I am home. The thing I love most about traveling is that I can see God's influence all over and in every person I meet. He is everywhere. He loves all and I love him.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised a member of this church. Despite that I have taken time to ask if this was the true church. I have received my own testimony that this is His church. It is a place that I find peace and purpose in my life. There are so many questions in people my age. It is hard to find purpose in life, individuality and safety. The Savior and his church has answered those questions for me. I am not perfect but I am loved. There are many things I love about this gospel for it has become my shield and my strength. Without the love of my Savior I would not be a happy person.

How I live my faith

I attend church every Sunday. I also attend Home Evening with other single members of my ward. I go to institute, which is church classes for college students. I love going to all of these activities, because they strenghten my knowledge and understanding of the gospel. I also attend many of the activities that we have. I am a visiting teaching supervisor. I am over many women in my area. I check with them each month, make sure they are happy and have help with everything they need. I also share a monthly church message with them. It allows for me to get to know other members in the area. We are able to teach and strengthen each other through our visits. It is a great experience and I have grown to love it.
