Hi I'm Adam

I grew up all over the US as a military brat. I have owned by own businesses and now operate an international company.

About Me

Grew up as a member of the church and a Navy brat all over the United States which allowed me to experience different people and country. I have a love for the outdoors and its activities like camping, hunting, & fishing. I love history and the stories of where we all come from. I have always liked being self reliant and have always owned a business of some kind since I was 17 years old, one of the funnest ones is a paintball company. I went to college and obtained a degree in 3D computer animation and graphic design. My greatest achievement in my life is my family. Nothing is fun or worth doing without them. I now help run a large digital signage firm importing product from overseas.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church and for awhile took it for granted. I fell away from the church when I was 16. After 7-8 long and hard years I ended up moving back home after graduating from college. I was now married with a son and trying to settle. My wife and I had started discussing religion and how we should raise our family etc. you know all the stuff you should figure out before getting married. We discussed these things day and night loudly and softly. Things were going nowhere and I was beginning to see that the religion I abandoned offered everything my wife and I wanted with a few reservation that my wife had. I began praying in private ion the field behind or home that my wife's heart would open up and hear the truths i grew up with. Soon afterward one of my old high school buddies and his family moved in down the street. My wife became good friends with his wife which later lead to the discussions and then my wife and son where baptized in the church and we were sealed together as a family for eternity. God answered my prayer. this was the first time in my life so far that it was totally obvious. Life became more exciting our relationship grew stronger. We were wanting to add to our family but were unable to which lead to failed in vitro attempts, foster care to adopt, then finally LDS family services which after a long wait gave us the most beautiful baby girl. After this most miraculous event in my life and the events that lead up to it, and how everything feel into place to make this happen. I can tell you with out a doubt. God lives, and when you put your life in his hands he will bless you and make you the happiest man on earth.

How I live my faith

I have been involved with the Boy Scout program helping with the camp outs and rank advancements. for the last few years I have taught the younger children and Sunday School. Nothing is more satisfying than teaching a class full of kids and seeing how interested they are and having them come up and thank you for their lesson. Service projects are always a good time I remember one when we painted peoples houses that were unable to get it done themselves. It's amazing what can be achieved in such a short amount of time when everyone works hard towards the same goal. One thing our family does to serve others at my wife's lead is bake an assortment of baked goods and drop them off to people we know are having a rough day or week or to neighbors just to let them know we are thinking about them.
