Hi I'm Cari

I'm a nurse and a wife and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up near Seattle, WA and have moved my way across the United States to be in the Carolinas now. I have worked as a Registered Nurse for the last 10 years and I truly enjoy taking care of people who are sick. Last year I got to marry the love of my life and we added our sweet puppy a couple months later. I like to read books, watch movies, go for walks with our puppy, learn to take pictures, bake, cook, craft and sleep.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in a family that taught me the Gospel and gained a testimony of the truthfulness of what I heard from them. I listened to what I was taught and prayed to know if it was true. Over and over again in my life I have felt the reassurances of the Spirit. I have felt the warmth of my Heavenly Father's love for me and His presence in my life. I have felt Him lift me up in my darkest moments and carry me till I could stand on my own. I have come to know that my Savior Lives! That is one of my most favorite phrases in all the world. I don't care what language its in or if its said or sung, its what its all about. He lives and He died for me and you. What greater gift is there?

How I live my faith

With a demanding work schedule that can be somewhat unpredictable I try to find ways to participate in my ward that work for me. I also work each week to prepare a Sunday School lesson for those who are new to our church, either investigating, return from some time away or newly baptized. I try to read and prepare lessons in a way that others can learn the truths I hold so dear.
