Hi I'm Kip

I am a husband. I am a father of five. I am a business owner. I am a Christian. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a husband. I am a father of five. I develop, own and operate rental multi-family housing. I believe the backbone and strength of our country lies within families. I believe in providing safe, quality, affordable housing for families to love and nurture one another. I enjoy spending my free time doing anything that involves my wife and children. My wife and I are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We have noticed over the years that as we draw closer to our Savior, Jesus Christ, we draw closer to each other.

Why I am a Mormon

Knowing and understanding God's plan for our happiness, helps me to understand the purpose of this life. This understanding assists me in setting my priorities and gives me perspective about what is going on in the world. Understanding God's plan gives me peace and joy especially during difficult and trying times. Central to God's plan is Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is our Savior and Redeemer. It is through Christ's atonement, making covenants such as baptism and keeping the commandments, that we are able to one day, with our families, return and live in the presence of God.

How I live my faith

It is my goal to become more Christ-like in all that I do, think and say. To help me achieve this goal, I attend church regularly, practice personal and family prayer, engage in personal and family scripture study and regularly attend the temple with my wife. I realize I will never become exactly like Jesus Christ, but i strive to become more like him everyday. Spending time and teaching our children about Jesus Christ is the number priority for my wife and me. Being members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints gives all of the necessary resources to helps us to teach our children about Jesus Christ.
