Hi I'm Tyler

I grew up in Montana. I have an undergrad in Business as well as an MBA. I love to travel. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have lived in 4 countries and have visited about 25. Most recently I took a trip to Spain and Morocco. I like the outdoors, skiing, horse riding and yard work. I am a very realistic person. Generally speaking, I approach life with a high level of skepticism and scrutiny. I like to see proof and concrete evidence of things.

Why I am a Mormon

I love Jesus Christ and his Father, the Father of us all. I truly believe that this is His true church on the earth. I gained my testimony from many different aspects of the church, but I can specifically point to 3: 1. Personal feelings given to me in moments of study and prayer that this is the true gospel of Christ. 2. The Book of Mormon. I have no doubt that this book is what it claims to be, there is no other explanation that makes any sense, and also see reason #1. The Book of Mormon serves as evidence of the truthfulness of this church. 3. The testimony of the modern day Apostles and Prophet. These are wise men of God and when I hear them testify of Christ it is clear to me that they are speaking the truth.

How I live my faith

I try to be a good father and husband. I have a wife and 3 boys and I try to live and teach the gospel in our home. I also work with the youth in our local congregation and I really enjoy that. We go camping, hiking, give service, and play games.

What do Mormons believe about the Bible? Do they regard it as Holy Scripture and the word of God?

Tyler
I love the Bible, and I believe it to be the word of God. I love to study the Old and New Testament. Some of my favorite books are Isiah, 1 Kings, and St. John. We believe the Bible contains true words of God given to his ancient Prophets.   Show more Show less

What are Mormon women like? Do Mormons believe in equality of men and women?

Tyler
My wife is very confident, educated, talented and independent. She is an aerobics dance instructor, and is very healthy. She plays the piano at church, and works with the youth. In addition she is a great wife and mother. Show more Show less
