Hi I'm Carol

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a wife, mother and grandmother. I have been a Mormon for over 45 years. I enjoy doing volunteer work, sewing, crafts, crocheting, baking and reading. I have had many experiences in leadership because of my membership in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Why I am a Mormon

I was introducted to the Church by my boyfriend and joined the church before we were married. I can not imagine my life without the guiding principles that I have learned as a member of this Church. I know that the scriptures are true, that God knows and loves each of us and that He sent His only begotten Son as our savior. I know that Joseph Smith was called to a very special work to bring forth the fullness of the gospel in these latter days. I know that we have a living prophet on the earth today to guide and lead us into the Kingdom of God. Our family has been greatly blessed by this knowledge and we continue to be guided in our lives each day.

How I live my faith

I find great joy in serving in the Church as I lead activities for the women in many of the things I enjoy most, like sewing and crafts. I have spent many years teaching the children the scriptures and have worked with youth over the years. My life experiences have helped me to teach others and to share the things I have learned. I also work with our public library as president of our Friends of the Library group, and I have been involved with making dresses for children all over the world and have been able to involve my friends from the community and at church in this work.
