Hi I'm Gina

I am the mother of 3, the sister of 5 and a wife (of 1), I am a Mormon.

About Me

The priority of my life has been to be a mother to my 3 children. They are currently 22, 20 and 14. They are the greatest blessing and bring my husband and I so much joy, happiness and fulfillment. I also am an accountant and have spent most of my life working in that profession. It isn't always easy to manage all of the roles and responsibilities I have in life, but I think that I have been able to have a balance that has been satisfying to me and the people I care about.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because for generations before me my ancestors were Mormon. They made tremendous sacrifices for their faith and they inspire me. I am the beneficiary of their good choices and my life has been richly blessed because of them. That is the reason I became a Mormon. I have remained a Mormon and become converted through years of experiences where I exercised faith and then gained a testimony of the principle. I have seen the Gospel and it's teachings bless my family in so many ways. It brings peace and hope and purpose to my life!

How I live my faith

I think the best way to live my faith is to try and be Christ like and charitable in my relationships with others. I have worked over the last year to develop compassion and find the good in others. I do this by trying to imagine and appreciate the feelings they might have and the situations they are in. As I have done this I have developed greater patience and love. I have found that service is easy when it is on our terms, doing things that come naturally. I have tried to find ways to preform service that are more meaningful to the recipient even when it is less comfortable for me. As a parent I feel like an example of service and living my faith by charitable interactions with others is important. I have tried to teach my children to be patient with others and their circumstances and weaknesses.
