Hi I'm Caleb

I like music. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm from Phoenix, AZ. I'm almost done with my undergrad degree in Physiology and I'll be applying to medical school soon. I'm the oldest of 7 kids. My favorite things to do are make music with my friends, running and skateboarding.

Why I am a Mormon

The gospel helps with life's struggles. When things look bleak, the gospel gives perspective and understanding. I also love helping people, and by following the teachings of the Savior, that becomes more natural and more meaningful. Although both my parents are Mormon, I came to a point in my life where I needed to feel assured that the church was indeed true for myself. I prayed and felt a strong sense of peace and reassurance that I'll never forget. I've had similar experiences over the years that guided me to serve a mission for the church in Peru, which was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Am I perfect? No. Trust me, I've made mistakes like everyone else, but the beautiful thing about the gospel is that I am not the man I once was. I am a better person thanks to the Lord Jesus Christ and His church.

How I live my faith

I volunteer at a women's shelter every week. We play music and sing along with the mothers and their children. It's been one of the best programs I've gotten involved with in the community.
