Hi I'm Todd

I love being a Mormon. I love living the Lords teachings.

About Me

I am a teacher. I have five children who love soccer. My wife and I are often busy with games and school, however our first priority is making sure we stay together as a family. I love to cook and enjoy yard work. My favorite vacation is the hammock in the back yard. I have a masters degree in education and love teaching on the High School level. Watching the weather is one of my favorite hobbies.

Why I am a Mormon

I know God is aware of who I am. I believe he expects me to become the best version of me I can. I can tell when God is pleased with the way I am living and when He expects me to do better. As a Father I love my children and want them to be happy and successful. I know my Father in Heaven wants me to be happy and successful as well. I know God has a plan whereby I can achieve the greatest amount of Joy. This is through living the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I know Jesus Christ is my Savior and Redeemer. His grace and mercy allow me to overcome my imperfections and allow me to live more like He lived. I know God cares for all His children and thus has called prophets to guide us in these days. I believe the Prophet receives revelation. This guiding revelation leads us to do that which is good, thereby giving us access to eternal happiness. I know we can be happy by following Gods eternal truths.

How I live my faith

As a family we read our scriptures daily. We pray every morning and nightly before bed. These prayers always end with a big family hug. I teach youth the scriptures during our meetings. I love studying the scriptures for the lessons God wants us to learn. I try to be as giving as I can. A scripture says "when you are in the service of your fellow beings you are only in the service of your God". I feel we serve that which we love. I want God to know I love him more than myself.
