Hi I'm Kevin

I love my family and sports and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in Salt Lake City Utah. Growing up I played all kinds of sports basketball, soccer, baseball, football and wrestling. I wrestled all four years of high school and baseball for a year. I was born and raised in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I love my family and my friends. I love being outdoors and having fun is essential in my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church and I went to church every week. I relied on my family growing up and turned to them and my friends when I was having a hard time. But I realized that I needed to gain my own testimony and not just lean on someone else to support me spiritually. So I read the Book of Mormon and prayed to know if the church is true of not. And Heavenly Father answered my prayers and I know he knows and loves me and everyone individually. I know that Heavenly Father knows whats best for us cause He knows us even better then we know ourselves. The trials we go through are to help us become better. We may not think it at the time and want the trial to end soon. But trials help us grow and become a better, stronger person then we were before.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving my mission in Oregon. I have been called to help people grow closer to our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ through faith in them, and following the example Jesus Christ set for us by becoming clean from our sins and being baptized. I try my best to do what the Lord has commanded and I see the blessings he gives me and everyone else around me and that helps me keep doing what I'm supposed to do and live how our Heavenly Father has told us to live. Cause I know he knows whats best for me and everyone else. Its amazing to see how much He knows each of us and how much he loves us and blesses everyone. I know everyone is going to make mistakes and I'm grateful that we can be forgiven of our sins and grow closer to our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ through Christ's sacrifice for us.
