Hi I'm Marj

I'm a Mormon. I am a wife, a grandmother, a mother of five and a teacher of hundreds of children.

About Me

I am a wife, mother of five, grandmother of two, school teacher of many children throughout the years. I love to plant flowers and vegetables, read almost everything, sew quilts, clothes, curtains, tablecloths, etc., and spend time with my family and friends. I love nature including the beach, mountains, lakes, rivers.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents joined the Church of Jesus Christ when I was a very young child. I have had the opportunity to grow up in the church. I attended Primary and then Young Women. I have always been impressed with the good women in our church, their dedication to their families, and their desire to live good, productive lives. My association with these good women helps me to be a better person. I love the foundation of my church, my knowledge that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. This knowledge inspires me to live my life as He did, with charity and love for my fellow man.

How I live my faith

I attend church regularly and live my life in accordance with the teachings of my church, because it brings me great peace and joy. I am continually striving to be like my Savior, Jesus Christ. I appreciate the opportunity to serve in my church in the Relief Society organization which includes all the women of the church throughout the world. Our goals in Relief Society are to increase in faith and personal righteousness, strengthen families and homes, and help those in need. I believe that good women can and do make a difference in the world.
