Hi I'm Amy B

I'm a happy mom. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother of 5. I love taking care of people. We just moved across the country and I love having the gospel in my life where ever I go!

Why I am a Mormon

My life has direction and purpose because of the knowledge that God lives, that He has restored the fullness of His gospel to the earth. We have a living prophet today, Thomas S. Monson, and have been blessed with Prophets and Apostles to help us know what to do and how to be. My family is a forever family. God gave us temples and I have been married there and sealed to my family forever. I want to live a good, clean life. I want to radiate His love to all that I meet. I want to be encircled in my Heavenly Father's arms of love forever! My invitation is to learn more and have more hope, direction, and peace in your life too. He loves us so much!

How I live my faith

We recently moved and I have immediately felt connected to my neighbors and community through my involvement in the church. Together, another sister in my congregation and I visit 3 women from our congregation each month to share a gospel message and to fellowship them. I enjoy those visits and the opportunity I have to extend help and support any way that I can to the sisters I have stewardship over. It's a simple way to share my Christian beliefs and put into practice what I believe.

What is the Mormon lifestyle like? How do Mormons live?

The Prophet Joseph Smith helped define our religion in the Articles of Faith written in 1842. The 13th Article of Faith reads as follows "We believe in being honest, true, chaste, benevolent, virtuous, and in doing good to all men indeed, we may say that we follow the admonition of Paul - We believe all things, we hope all things, we have endured many things, and hope to be able to endure all things. If there is anything virtuous, lovely, or of good report or praiseworthy, we seek after these things." I have found that the more closely I live my life to these principles, the happier and more productive I am. I want to be good. Show more Show less
