Hi I'm Anne

I grew up in Pennsylvania. I work as a registered nurse and I love music. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in Pennsylvania, USA. I studied nursing in school and have been working as a registered nurse for 5 years. My most favorite hobby is music. I love playing the piano and recently started playing the violin. When I am not working or listening to music, I love to run, cook and bake.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents were converts to the church before they met. They were sealed in the temple and started a family. I was baptized at age 8 but the choice to continue in the church was something I had to find out for myself. My parents were great examples to me and my siblings. My testimony of why I believe what I do started to grow rapidly when I was a seminary student in high school. I also had strong young women leaders, who led by example. I didn't realize until later how much my testimony would be stretched until I went to college and entered the workforce. My testimony has been strengthened through many experiences. I have shared my testimony with others through missionary work. I know that Heavenly Father lives! I know he sent his son Jesus Christ as a savior for us. I know that the Book of Mormon is true and it contains many of the answers to life's questions. I know that fasting and prayer work. I have had many prayers answered! I know that the gospel is true, that we have a true and living prophet on the earth today, even Thomas S Monson. I have felt so close to the Lord in his holy temples. I know if I continue to live worthily, Heavenly Father will bless me, my family and my future family.

How I live my faith

I work with the young women ages 12-18 in the youth program of the church. I also share a lesson and treat with other sisters in my ward once a month with visiting teaching. In the community, I participate in service projects and show kindness to individuals who need help. I love talking about the church with my friends.
