Hi I'm Heather B.

I'm an aspiring nurse, I love art, I'm a goofball and I'm a mormon.

About Me

Hi My name is Heather! I am a Daughter of two wonderful parents and the oldest of three kids. I am a life loving young lady, from Texas, who absolutley adores everything beautiful in life. My favorite hobbies include dance, singing and art of all genres. I love using my imagination and being creative. I love being goofy too. You know... riding in shopping carts, running through sprinklers and throwing Icing at peoples faces. I love curling up with a good book to relax, with chocolate on hand. I prefer fruit over veggies and Having pure genuine fun. My Favorite music includes, but is not limited to, Jazz and Classic Rock. If you had to put me in a specific era I would have to choose the 20's and 50's. I went to Remington College and became a Nationally Certified Medical Assistant in 2009. Then I worked for a little over a year before comming out to the wonderful state of New Jersy. I am serving as a full time missionary in the New Jersey Morristown Mission until the fall of 2012!!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day Saints in 1989. I got to learn the primary songs, learn how to stand as a witness of Jesus Christ at all times and in all places, and share my testimony with others. As with all members of the church, though, I had to stop relying on my parents for my testimony, and gain my own. I have been able to learn and grow my own testimony as I study the wonderful gospel of Jesus christ. I am a Mormon because I, without a doubt, know that the gospel of Jesus Christ has been restored to the earth in it's fullness. That includes all the priesthood authority and doctrines that come with it. I am so grateful for the atonement of my Savior, Jesus Christ, and for His example. To some this gospel may seem like some enchanted fairytale but to me I KNOW the truthfulness of it. We have super powers and we have an opposing force. This life defeats all fairytales of dragons, elves, wizards or precious rings. This is real. I'm learning now and it becomes more and more real to me as I do. This is better than any bedtime story. I love this gospel so much and my love for it continues to grow. I know it is real; more tangeable than any thing we can handle. Sometimes I forget how real it actually is but that dosen't change the fact that it is extreamly real. That is why we have been commanded in the scriptures to " Seek and yea shall find, Knock and It shall be opened up to you..." We learn so we can understand this adventure called life. Are you ready for it?

How I live my faith

I live my faith by making sure that the things I do each day are pleasing to my Heavenly Father and my Savior. If I mess up, I repent. That's the gyst of it. Oh and I'm serving as a full-time missionary in New Jersey!
