Hi I'm Krista

I'm a wife, a mother of two, a homemaker, and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I am originally from Utah, but have lived most of my life in Maine. My husband and I have two beautiful children and are planning on having more. I love to scrapbook, take pictures of my kids, blog, play games, watch clean & funny movies, and anything to do with spending time with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I was fortunate enough to have been born and raised in the Mormon church, and owe all the happiness and piece of mind I've experienced in my life to living the principles of the gospel. I know that it's true because of how it feels in my heart when I pray, go to church, read the Book of Mormon, and abide by the teachings and council I receive therein. My strongest desire is to raise my family in the Mormon church because I know it's the only way they can experience true joy in this life and after. I know that through the Lord's holy temples, families can be sealed together forever. That is something that brings me so much comfort and joy.

How I live my faith

Over the years I've learned that the easiest way to live the gospel is to immerse myself in it. Daily prayer and scripture study have been key components in that effort, as well as being very active in my church meetings and responsibilities. I teach the 14 and 15 year old girls in my church, and find it extremely rewarding to see a group of young girls live high moral standards and want the very best for themselves and their future families.
