Hi I'm Mandy.

I am newly married and an expecting mom. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm not all that exciting...I currently work as a nanny. I'm pregnant and the baby is due in June. My husband is in the military. I am a theater buff, all the way. I love all things music...singing is definitely a favorite pastime of mine. I was born and raised in the church and it is still what gives me strength everyday.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this wonderful church. I have stayed active in it because of the simple fact that it is, in fact, the true and complete church of our Savior, Jesus Christ. The teachings of this gospel are what give me hope and motivation to be better everyday. I am so utterly far from perfect and the knowledge that I have of the Savior, because of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, has given me the peace and direction I need to keep trying...even when everything in life seems impossible. The Church is true. Our Savior lives and He loves us with the most perfect and divine love. He knows us as individuals and He loves us in spite of each of our imperfections. It is that love, simple and pure as it is, that has kept me going through the darkest moments in my own life. He lives.

How I live my faith

I have a few different callings or jobs in my ward. I lead the music during sacrament meeting, I help out with the choir, and I am a secretary for the women's organization/group in my ward. I also am a visiting teacher...I'm not the greatest and any of it, but I try my best to become better.
