Hi I'm Andy

I teach CISCO networking to High School Students and Coach Varsity boys Basketball. I have 4 boys and I AM a Mormon.

About Me

I have taught High School for 12 years and Coached Varsity Basketball for 8 years. I have 4 boys and a beautiful wife. Spending time with my boys is my favorite hobby. We like to spend time playing basketball and wake boarding. We love the lake and spending time together. My wife and I have been married for 16 years and have built 5 homes in our 16 years of marriage. We have done 80% of the work on our homes and have enjoyed teaching our boys to work. As a high school basketball coach and Dad I teach my boys and my team that their Priorities in life need to be: first Faith in their GOD, second Family, Third Education and fourth Basketball. I tell them that Girls need to be down the list quite a ways and really try to help them understand the need for education. I enjoy being a teacher and spending time with the youth. I look forward to teaching my own children in High School.

Why I am a Mormon

I love the gospel of Jesus Christ. I love the Scriptures. I love the Organization. Everything that the LDS religion focuses on brings me closer to my Heavenly Father and is completely centered around my Family. My wife and I have been Mormon our entire lives and have enjoyed the wonderful years we have spent together. I am grateful for the Savior and the great example he set for me. I am grateful for my wife and the opportunity we had to be married in A Temple. She is my best friend and believes I can do anything. I know that my Heavenly Father loves me and wants for me to be happy.

How I live my faith

Every morning my family and I wake up and read the scriptures together. After scripture study we have family prayer and then we are ready to start our day. Each day I pray to my Father in Heaven for help and thank him for the wonderful blessing I have in my life. My oldest son and I visit an elderly lady each month and we have had the opportunity to build a new front porch for her. I was great to have my son help me give service to someone that couldn't do it themselves. Each month I speak in a different congregation in our community and really enjoy getting to know the other members of the church that are serving faithfully in their church callings. I always get emotional when I talk about the spiritual experiences that I have had with my family.
