Hi I'm Kevin

I'm a musician, I love to cook, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a pretty relaxed, laid back guy. I like to work hard using my hands. I love home remodeling, fixing computers, and making/editing videos. I am a big fan of photography and making my pics look better. I am currently on a mission for the church in Montreal, Quebec. I speak French, not fluently, and am currently looking into learning Spanish as well. I haven't gone to college yet, but I definitely plan to. I love to talk with and meet new people.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this church. I know what you're saying..."of course you were. That's why you are a part of that church." In fact...that was how it was. I learned about this church from the time I was young. I lived what the church teaches, and I did what I was told was right. But that's not why I stayed. The fact of the matter is that I didn't always live according to the church's teachings. I spent some time in my life when I went out and did what I wanted in life. I came to the realization that I wasn't happy. I needed God in my life. I flipped my life around and started really looking for what brings me happiness. I read The Bible and The Book of Mormon and enjoy reading them to this day. I once had a difficult weekend that got me really needing my savior. I decided to pray and open randomly in The Book of Mormon for my answer. I opened up and started reading. I was filled with the spirit and prayed right then to know if the book was true. I felt so happy and full of the love of God. I know this church is true.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving a mission in Canada. I am located in the Province of Quebec and speak French. I love the time I have here to help other people learn about the love they can feel as well, and the happiness that comes from living the principles that Jesus Christ taught. I have felt the joy that comes in giving people the opportunity to live how Christ would have them, even when most people push me away. I know that by reading scriptures and praying to God, anyone can overcome whatever trial they are going through.
