Hi I'm Nate

I grew up in Mona, Utah. I love tennis and spending time outdoors. I love fixing cars and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the second of 8 children. I went to College at BYU-Idaho last fall. I am now serving my mission. I am in the Missionary Training Center in Provo, UT. I will be serving in Paris, France sharing what I know with the people of France. I love the outdoors and am so thankful for God's beautiful creations. I love fixing things especially automobiles. I learned Spanish and some Italian. I have been homeschooled most of the time growing up. But I went to high school for a couple of years. I played tennis, was in debate, and sang in the choir. I also love farming. My grandpa has a farm and I help him with it during the summers.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because my I was born into this church. I was baptized when I was 8 years old. I love my family so much. I am thankful that I am a member of this church. I have gained a personal witness that this church is true. I have seen and felt the blessings that have come into my life and the life of my family from following God's commandments and the words of our living prophets. I am serving a mission because I want to share the happiness I feel in my life with others. I have read the Book of Mormon and I know that it is true. I know that the Lord loves me and each person on this earth and wants each of us to be happy.

How I live my faith

Last summer I went to a Young Single Adult Branch. It was a lot of fun. I made many new friends and was involved in fun activities. During the week, we went boating, biking, shooting shotguns, played sports, and enjoyed nature together. I loved it. On Sundays we would gather and partake of the sacrament. I had the opportunity to help administer the sacrament to the members. I also helped teach a one hour class for the men where we would discuss the principles of the gospel of Jesus-Christ. I love sharing my testimony with others and being able to gain strength from the other young people at church.
