Hi I'm Nathan Glaus.

I am a web developer, husband, and father of four awesome kids.

About Me

I am a father of 4. I have the best most understanding wife that has enriched and strengthened me more than I ever imagined. My son is full of energy and is always pining for attention. He can be challenging but I love having him around to share love with and make my life more exciting and fun. My oldest daughter is loving and kind. She always reminds me to be gentle and I am blessed to be able to return her love. My second daughter is always so smiley and cuddly. I always look forward to the time I get to share with her, just being in her presence. My youngest is full of energy and loves to play. She is quick to smile and laugh, she is a joy to have around.

Why I am a Mormon

When I consider all of the turmoil and trouble in the world we live in I can't imagine a life without hope and direction from God. It is sometimes hard to accept that in this life God can't completely prevent misfortune and sadness but trudging through that without his help seems impossible to me. When I make mistakes knowing that my Savior Jesus Christ died so that I can receive forgiveness amazes me. Without that knowledge this world seems so impossible and difficult. The degrading morals and values all around me testify that a life without God is one of sadness and misery. I was raised in this gospel but didn't experience my own conversion until in my teenage years where I had to make my own decisions regarding belief and morals. It wasn't always easy to ignore what the world was teaching but having grown up the way I did my life has been free of vices that some of my friends experienced and had to fight.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving in the High Priest Group in my ward. This calling is intimidating but I am strengthened and uplifted daily by the Lord. Helping others is an amazing way to draw closer to our Savior and Heavenly Father. As I serve others I catch glimpses of how They must feel when we allow Them to help us more fully. I also learn a little about the disappointment and sadness They must feel when bad things happen to us whether by our own doing or not.
