Hi I'm Kyle

I'm an avid overclocker. Physics is my dream to a career. Music drives my soul. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Family and friends have been a huge part of my life probally like everyone else in the world. It is where I get my strength and energy. I love science! That is a total understatment! I dream of science I sleep with science in my mind! Physics has been my dream since middle school. With this love I want to pursue the course of a rocket scientist. I want to get my Doctrate in Physics with a minor in Propulsion. I also love music! I have been playing the viola since I was 12. I also have been known to put a lot of energy in my music life and listen to hours of it a day. I also love computers! I am a huge fan of overclocking and trying to push my computer beyond its own limits. My utlimate dream is to work for a space agency and maybe leave this earth to go back to where I feel our creator "is". That is in the heavens above.

Why I am a Mormon

Growing up I studied science and theoretical physics. Which lead my mind to a field of darkness and hatred and depression. I grew up believing in a world with no creator although I was baptized a member of the church at the age of 8. But really did not understand what religion or God is at the time. After many years I grew to find a creator, science seemed to denote that there is a God. So at the age of 18 I tried to find out what he was and how he can help me. I then began my search for truth with the Mormon faith. I eventually found out there was a God through sincere prayer which taught me that he did love me. By the age of 19 I have gained a little witness that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is something I should pursue. After many hours of reading and study and two years later I have come to know that the LDS church is his true and Living church that he leads and guides it.

How I live my faith

Well I try to live my faith to the best of my ability. Right now I am serving as a missionary for the church in Portland Oregon. I have been doing it for close to two years. I also have served as a teacher for 6 year old kids, and have tried to instill in them the love I have for the gospel. I also read from the scriptures daily, and pray to bring some knowledge and strength to my soul.

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

Of course not. As Christ said in the bible. "They that are not whole need a physician". We help everyone, and as often as we can. Why else are there Mormon missionaries out trying to help and teach everyone that is interested. Show more Show less

How can I know Mormonism is true?

Well it is really simple, we tell you to ask god in humble prayer. Prayer is a form of communication with your heavenly father. If you take the time and effort to read from the Book of Mormon with the intent that it might be scripture. Then pray upon those intents. You will receive an answer from the Holy Ghost.  Show more Show less

What are some things that tell you there is a God?

Well after studying science for years, and just observing what is around me. One day I was in a class at school, being bored out of my mind. When I just started staring off into space, then it led me to pondering on the thought of "nothing", or "empty". I suddenly pulled myself out of that trance and felt really ill. I relized then that the way us humans answer the question of how where we created, was false. I also after studying many hours and learning about the world and religion have seen how it all aligns. There is no distinction between the two there is not just "science" or just 'religion". There is God. Show more Show less
