Hi I'm Jason F. Kleinhenz

I belong the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

About Me

I am a proud husband and father. Besides spending time with my family, I love playing sports and cooking on the grill. I also enjoy good movies, plays, and books. I am currently obtaining my BA in Anthropology, with a minor in Forensic Sciences. I plan on obtaining a Master's and PhD, specializing in physical and forensic anthropology. My goal is to teach at the university level, and work alongside government agencies to solve crimes and identify victims.

Why I am a Mormon

To avoid being too long winded, or long typed, I will let you know that I became a member of this church because of the testimony I received as I heard the teachings of the restored gospel. I was in search of religious truth, and if I couldn't find a church that taught what I wanted it to, I would have started my own. I testify that God the Father lives. That he loves us and is concerned about the choices we make. Because he knows we won't always do the right thing, He sent His Son, Jesus the Christ, to atone for my mistakes and pains, and yours. He lives and guides His church and work today through revelation to his living Prophet and Apostles. The scriptures are true, and by following their counsel and doctrine, true happines can and will be ours. I testify that the Priesthood authority, lost to the world for centuries, is back on the earth in its fullness. This means that all that the Father desires us to achieve and to become is possible through obedience to the teachings of the gospel. The best decision I have ever made, was on Saturday December 5, 1998 when I decided to be baptzied and take upon myself the name of Christ. I know that He lives. He loves me and He loves you. Regardless of what the world, with its ever changing and inconsistent ideals might think. we do have a Father in Heaven who wants us to return to live with Him, with our families, and enjoy eternal life.

How I live my faith

As a member of the Church, I try my hardest to live the way Christ did. I make many mistakes, but I recognize them and use my imperfections to be more understanding of others' trials. I reach out to the many members who need support in their times of need. I teach and testify of the truths found in the scriptures and words of the prophets. Although I have a long way to go to be where I should be, I am following the Savior in serving with love.
