Hi I'm Anna

I write music. I am a wife and mother. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a stay at home mom. I love to cook healthy...and sometimes not healthy foods. I love to play the piano, sing, act and draw. I love to hike. I want to see the whole world.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a family who already believed. I was taught to love the Lord at a very young age and that I am a child of a Heavenly Father with great potential. I love being a member of the church. I know that God lives. I know that Christ died for me that I may become perfect through him. I know that we are led by a prophet of God. That gives me great comfort when I see so much hardship in this world. To know that I can follow what he says and trust that it comes directly from God I will always know what I should do. I am thankful that I can be together with my family forever because the Priesthood is on the earth and through that power I have been eternally sealed to my husband and children. I love being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints!

How I live my faith

I am blessed to be the primary president of our ward. I get to love all the children from ages 18 months to 12 years old! That means my Sundays and special visits are full of hugs, children's voices singing and sharing things that are special to them. I am learning a lot from them. They bring me great joy!

What are Mormon Temples used for?

Anna
Because of temple I can be connected to my family both forwards and backwards. Members who live in harmony with the teachings of God can enter into the temple and be sealed to their husband not just until death but throughout all eternity. And through this ordinance they can will be sealed automatically to their children born afterward. The work doesn't end there. We can find our ancestors, those who not able to attend the temple while they were living. We can go in proxy to do their work so that we can be sealed to them eternally as well. The temple is used to make our families stronger, to tie us together in the eyes of God! Show more Show less
