Hi I'm Keith

I'm a husband and father of 6. I am an artist, an entrepreneur, and an avid outdoorsman. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Family is the most important thing in my life. I cherish the time we get to share together - whether it be game night at home, hiking or camping together in the mountains, or taking a family vacation to some new place. As a child, my dad's job took us to Bolivia for a couple years. Through this and other experiences, I have gained a deep appreciation for different cultures, customs, backgrounds. This has fueled my love of travel. My deep reverence for nature coupled with my artistic gifts led to the greatest occupation in the world - a fine artist. My paintings are expressions of my emotional and spiritual connection to nature. Through my work I hope that viewers gain an appreciation for God's creations.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it feels right in both my heart and mind. I makes me happy. Though I was raised a Mormon, I reached a point, when I was a teenager, that I could no longer live off the conviction of my parents. I had to find out for myself if what I was taught was right and true. I gained my own conviction and testimony through study and prayer those many years ago. Since then, I have had many experiences which confirm my testimony and strengthen my faith. I love my Savior, Jesus Christ, and I desire to serve Him by being a faithful Mormon. This brings me true joy.

How I live my faith

My faith in Jesus Christ and in His gospel direct my actions in my everyday life. I strive to live as He would want me to live. Life is full of trials, tribulations and temptations. What a blessing is it to fall on my knees daily and gain strenth and guidance through prayer. The Book of Mormon and Bible likewise strengthen me and help me know who I am and why I am here. This understanding, this foundation influences how I live my life. It can be challenging to find that balance between family, work, church and community. But my faith helps give me perspective. Jesus is everything. His atonement makes it possible for me to return and live in the presence of God with my family. This is my desire. It's what I choose.
