Hi I'm Angelee Marie
I love my family and I love to create things.
I am a wife and a mother. I love to create things! I especially love quilting and crochet. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in textile design, and use it to create original quilt designs and crochet patterns which are used all over the world to make beautiful and useful things! I am so blessed to be able to be a wife and a mother, and I find that serving my family brings me great joy. I am currently living with an autoimmune disease, and with my husband we are raising our four children who also have medical and chronic conditions.
I am a Mormon because I want to follow Jesus Christ. I want to be the best I can and live with God again. I know that Jesus Christ died for me, and he showed me the way. I know that because of Jesus Christ, I can repent and start over again and again. I know this church is true. It is authorized by God and Jesus Christ leads it. The Holy Spirit testifies the truth of this to me so that I can know. This truth resonates in my heart and fills me with joy and peace. I love having the comfort and guidance from the Holy Spirit in my life. Also, I love the living prophet who receives revelation from the Lord, so that I can know God''s will and know what to do in this confusing and conflicting world. I love having the blessing of knowing that our family is eternal and our relationships will not end when we die. I know that my Father in Heaven knows me personally and that he loves me. He is concerned with the details in my life, and I have no doubt that He hears my prayers.
There are lots of ways that I try to live my faith in everyday life. One is by serving in my church responsibilities. Each month, I visit with some other women in their home to share with them a gospel message, and try to help them in any way I can. I also teach 12 year old children gospel lessons on Sundays. As well, I am part of a committee that plans and prepares monthly activities or classes for women over eighteen, so that we can learn new skills, give service in our community, and socialize to care for and support each other. As a family we live our faith by worshiping in church every week, reading from the scriptures and praying together everyday, and trying our best to obey the commandments.
