Hi I'm Natalya
I'm a biologist from Oregon, who loves to go places and will never stop learning. I'm a Mormon.
I am a 23 year old that graduated with a degree in Biology and a minor in Geography. I absolutely love to learn and have interests in many things! I love traveling, animals, and spending time with my husband, pets, and family and friends. Thanks to my mom I enjoy doing crafty/artsy things, camping, watching movies, riding atv's and going to amusement parks.
Why I am a Mormon
I was born into the church being the 3rd generation although only my mom and my grandparents are members. I always went to church and activities but my family and close friends that weren't lds influenced me away from church standards. It wasn't until my best friend and I had a falling out during high school that I started really hanging out with my lds friends and that was such a blessing. I began to realize how much better living a gospel oriented life was and how much happier I was not worrying about parties and alcohol. It wasn't always easy but my new best friends set me up for an actual relationship with my Heavenly Father and Christ and led to being sealed in the Temple. I know no matter how hard things get that I am so much more blessed with the Gospel in my life and that I could never be as happy without it.
How I live my faith
Currently I teach the 3 and 4 year olds in our primary and they are too cute. Previously I've taught 18 month-3yrs in the nursery 8 year olds and 11 year olds and it had been fun to see the learning abilities of each and I have had these responsibilities at church. I enjoy being given different responsibilities not originally of my own choosing because it helps me to grow in ways I may not have. I also enjoy going to activities put on by the women and when I can singing in the choir especially at Christmas.
